Who runs this site

This website is operated by Max Shokouhi, Sales Representative with Right At Home Realty, Brokerage. Contact: maxshokouhi@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

Where the listing information comes from

Listing and sold information on this site comes from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) MLS® System through PropTx, under the agreements that allow a REALTOR® to display that information. The information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by TRREB, PropTx, Right At Home Realty or Max Shokouhi. Listings may be sold, changed or withdrawn without notice, and you should confirm anything important with Max before acting on it.

MLS®, Multiple Listing Service® and the associated logos, and REALTOR®, REALTORS® and the REALTOR® logo, are trademarks owned and controlled by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA and the quality of services they provide.

Your account and sold prices

Sold prices are shown only to visitors who create a free account, because TRREB’s rules for a Virtual Office Website require it. When you register you agree that:

• the name and email you give are your own and are accurate;
• your account is personal to you, and you will not share your password or let anyone else use your account;
• you will use listing and sold information for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, to look at homes you may be interested in buying, selling or renting;
• you will not copy, save, republish, resell or redistribute the information, in whole or in part;
• you will not use any robot, scraper, crawler or other automated means to collect information from this site, and will not try to get around any limit on the site;
• Max Shokouhi may monitor how accounts are used, and may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or at his discretion.

You can ask to have your account and information deleted at any time by messaging Max at the contact above.

Saved homes

If you tap the heart on a home, that home’s reference number is stored in your own browser on your own device. It is not sent to this site or to Max. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Privacy

If you register, this site keeps your name, email, the date you accepted these terms, and a record of the searches you run, which TRREB requires so account use can be monitored. If you send a home value request or a message, that reaches Max through WhatsApp or email and is used only to reply to you. Nothing here is sold or given to advertisers.

Maps are provided by Google and city outlines by OpenStreetMap; using the map means your browser contacts those services, under their own terms.

No guarantee, no professional advice

Content on this site is general information, not an appraisal, legal advice or financial advice. A home value estimate or a sold price is a starting point for a conversation, not an offer or a valuation. This site is not intended to solicit buyers or sellers currently under contract with a brokerage.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
